4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Parts supplied by customers are not covered by Wrex Racing LTD Trading as Dans Garage for Parts or Labour Warranty.

Courtesy vehicles are subject to specific conditions as detailed below:

• Courtesy vehicles are provided when a customers car is being worked on. This work may require some time to await for parts to be ordered and delivered.
• Courtesy vehicles are to be out no longer than 1 week unless otherwise agreed.
• If parts are unavailable and the vehicle cannot be worked on, the courtesy vehicle is to be returned and the customer to make their own arrangements. 

Additional disclaimers relating to the replacement of certain vehicle components are outlined below:

• If a turbo or engine replacement has taken place, it is the responsibility of the customer to have an Oil & Filter change carried out within the first 500 miles. Failure to have such service conducted will lead to the warranty for both the parts and labour void.
• If an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve, Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or Turbo's have been replaced on any vehicle from the Jaguar Land Rover Group, may see other parts failing due to the initial failure. These failures are not traceable, but can happen. There is the risk of engine failure if one or more of these parts to fail.
• If a vehicle has any mechanical or electrical fault, it is strongly advised not to drive the vehicle. Dans Garage will not take any blame for further damage caused by driving a vehicle with a known fault. The responsibility will be with the owner of the vehicle.

In the event of a part failure not directly related to our services, it is the responsibility of the customer to rectify the issue, and not the responsibility of Dans Garage.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. It is outside of Dans Garage's control what content or information is displayed on these websites. Dans Garage takes no responsibility for anything that happens when directed to websites from our own.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically those that cover the Motor Trade. Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved in-house, but failing this, we would look to the RMI, a Motoring Institute, as a third-party mediator.
