Terms and Conditions for Dans Garage trading as Wrex Racing LTD


1. Services Provided

Repairs, Maintenance, Storage, Car Sales: We offer a range of services including vehicle repairs, maintenance, storage, and car sales.

Warranty: All new parts come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.


2. Pricing and Payment

Estimates: Estimates are created after communicating with suppliers. Estimates will be issued via email.

Payment Methods: We accept Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Cash, Bank Transfer.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon vehicle collection. If the customer is collecting their vehicle, and bringing the vehicle back, they must in full for the parts which have been ordered, due to charges and couriers fees returning the parts.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • 48 hours before the appointment is free of charge.
  • 24 hours before the appointment sees a 50% charge applied.
  • 24 Hours of less sees the full being taken.


Parts Ordering & Return Policy:

  • Once an estimate has been accepted, the parts will be ordered. 
  • A 50% fee will be applied for any parts that have been ordered for a booking, which is then cancelled. This is due to prices charged by suppliers, along with the admin work, and returning the parts ordered.
  • A 100% fee will be priced for parts sourced as a "Special Order". This will be required before the part is ordered.


3. Customer Responsibilities

Timely Arrival: Customers must adhere to appointment times. Late arrivals for services such as Air-Con, Diagnostic and MOT's may see a late fee applied, or the appointment cancelled altogether.

Upon Dans Garage notifying the customer by email, text or phone that their vehicle is ready to collect. The customer has 24 hours to collect the vehicle. If the vehicle has not been collect, it will be parked on the public road, and Dans Garage will assume no responsibility for the vehicle.


4. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled Online, Via Email, or Via Phone.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • 48 hours before the appointment is free of charge. 
  • 24 hours before the appointment sees a 50% charge applied. 
  • 24 Hours of less sees the full being taken.


5. Limitations and Exclusions

Service Limitations: We reserve the right to halt services if we are unable to continue after a diagnostic, with the relevant labour charge applied.


6. Complaints and Disputes

Resolution Process: We will attempt to rectify any complaints within 28 working days, with unresolved issues referred to the RMIF.


7. Liability and Indemnification

Mechanical or Electrical Failures: Responsibility for component failures unrelated to work carried out, is the responsibility of the customer to resolve.

Vehicle Collection and Storage: When a vehicle is ready for collection, the customer is provided 24 hours to collect the vehicle from Dans Garage. After this 24 hours Dans Garage reserves the right to apply a £10+VAT daily storage charge. The customer also falls liable to any damage to the vehicle after this 24 hour period.


8. Usage of the Website and Online Services

Website Usage: The website must be used as intended, with potential legal action for misuse.

Account Security: Customers are responsible for the security of their online accounts.
