What is an AA Approved Garage?

AA approved garages are not owned or managed by the AA - they are either independently owned or part of a franchise group.

The AA thoroughly inspects each one before the garage can join it's network, to ensure it fully meets our quality, service and trading standards. This means every garage is trustworthy and AA Approved.

The AA carry out full audits of their approved garages annually, as well as ad-hoc spot checks. The AA audit checklist covers:

• Quality control of all work.
• Technician qualifications.
• Professionalism and customer service.
• Price transparency and invoicing.
• Vehicle protection.
• Equipment.
• Health and safety (Including Fire Safety).

All our customers can benefit from Dans Garage being AA Approved, with the annual and spot checks which are carried out by the AA. These checks ensure that Dans Garage continues to provide a high quality service, along with the other aspects which are inspected.

Business & Fleet

If your business or fleet provider uses the Prestige network by the AA, you can now book in with Dans Garage, we do ask for vehicles to be dropped and left with us, with authorisation sometimes taking longer than expected, however we aim to turn the vehicle around within the same day.

If your business or fleet provider does not use the Prestige network by the AA, feel free to contact us via email: sales@dansgarage.co.uk, to see how we can support your business and fleet. We understand that vehicles being off the road is costing your precious time and money, which is why we do aim to repair vehicles within the day. If there is a delay in parts we'll come up with a plan with you, to minimise disruption to your customers.
